There was a shipping error with my first test but was contacted and provided the option to redo or get a refund, communication was clear and responsive, A+ from a service side. The results are good and accurate based on other blood work I've completed so a nice way to get some info in between annual visits. Insights on the website are just okay,decent but give you enough
