My experience in Salerno and with your school was very rewarding.
From the staff to the trainer, everything was done to make us feel very good.
The friendliness and welcome were undoubtedly a constant feature during the days we were at school.
I would like to highlight the trainer Luca for his professionalism, good disposition and friendliness with which he welcomed us every day.

La attention previa al curso fue excelente, gracias a Federica.
Los profesores fueron muy buenos, dinamicos, entretenidos, profesinales. Buen ritmo de clase y buena cantidad de alumnos. Giovani fue el mejor profesor.!
Lo ue no me gusto fueron las instalaciones. El baño no siempre limpio. Uno solo. No hay una cafeteria donde poder comprar algo o reunirse con otros estudiantes. Ni siquiera una maquina expenedora de bebidas. Solo una maquina de cafe pero ni leche hay. Muy pobre.!
Las salidas fueron muy interesantes y variadas pero basante mal organizadas. Con muy poco todo podria ser mucho mejor.
El diploma de finalizacion del curso es una fotocopia papel blanco y negro. Una verguenza !!! Son los detalles que hacen a la calidad total del curso.
Una pena porque los profesores y el programa excelente. El resto deja mucho que desear.
Hay mucho por hacer.
Podrian organizar noche de cine italiano, podrian proponer a los alumnos hacer presentaciones de sus paises, clases de cocina, etc.
No hubo despedida. !
Un detalle las aulas estan repletas de iconografia catolica. Es un curso de italiano, que si bien es en un convento podrian prescendir de ellas. Tengan en cuenta que no todos los alumnos son catolicos. Las imagenes religiosas que son muchas y grandes NO deberian estar. Suena raro el comentario pero a pensar....

La estancia en Napoles ha sido maravillosa.
La ciudad, un lugar muy especia lleno de arte,historia y gente muy abierta e generosa.
A destacar su Centro de Studio, formado por un grupo de profesores
encantadores- con una directora genial- que te ayudan en todo y crean un ambiente maravilloso.

10/10. No he tenido ningún problema estando allí, pero aún así tenía la seguridad de que aún teniéndolo, había alguien a quien contactar.
Lo que me convenció al principio fue lo bien que explicaron las cosas y la certeza con la que lo hacían, y al llegar allí todo era como esperaba.
Lo recomendaría.

El trato y el servicio ha sido de 10.

Thank you Studiainitalia for all your help. I had such a fantastic time in Florence and enjoyed every minute of the bookbinding course with Simonetta. She is the best! I had no bookbinding experience and was able to make two beautiful books in 1 week.
Also thank you Federica for informing me on all the course details. This was all very clear and helpful! I can recommend this course to all paper and book lovers.

I did a 2 week course in Ceramics. Coming from abroad there was very little information about what to expect about during the course and what I would learn but I was assured that this would be sorted out on my first day.
Communication prior to arrival with Studioinitalia was good, and the found me great accomodation for the 2 weeks I spent in Florence. Unfortunately the communication between them and the course provider, the ceramics studio, was very little.

I think better expectations for the course should be established. While I did enjoy very much going to the studio every day, I was given no plan and very little support or teacher contact whilst learning. I spent a lot of time on YouTube to assist my improvement.
Spending 2 weeks in Florence was wonderful and I am grateful to have had this time in the studio where I am proud of what I achieved. But I cannot recommend the course for total beginners as the support for learning is so limited and most students were left alone for most of the time. There was no plan for th 2 weeks other than one I devised for myself. This should be improved to ensure clear goals for learning and outcomes to achieve during the course with interest and support from the teacher in the students progress

I want to thank my guests for arranging a great experience.
Studiainitalia was able to customize a learning experience for us that was held in a rich and vibrant environment.
Our classroom/workshop was located near Porta Romana in Florence.
The daily schedule was just as I like it, we had evenings free to explore and dine on our own.

Everything was perfect both before and during my language school experience. The price was good and my accommodation was great. I can’t recommend studiainitalia highly enough, and I’m already thinking about a trip next year!

I had such a brilliant experience using studiainitalia to arrange a language course in Napoli. This was the first time I’ve ever done something like this, so I was nervous, but studiainitalia made sure everything went smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I feel like the course was a real bargain.

Es excelente experiencia, no me arrepiento de nada, pero honestamente, no volvería a elegir estadía en casa de italiano. No porque sean malas personas, por supuesto que no, pero la política de la empresa es básicamente "aguantarte cualquier regla sin sentido de la dueña de la casa" aún cuando no tiene relación con la convivencia. Tuve una discusión con la dueña porque ella no me permitía lavar mi ropa separando color del blanco por cuestión de consumo de agua. Pongamosle que tiene sentido pero luego, si lavaba mi ropa, tenía que poner un líquido con mi jabón para que, de paso, se limpiara el lavarropas. No sé que era ese líquido pero cuestión que mi ropa blanca quedó teñida con manchas (ni siquiera color uniforme) y la ropa de color en colores opacos y manchada. Es decir, peor que cuando lo metí al lavarropas. Muchas prendas se arruinaron y tuve que tirar. Y no fue por mi mal uso de lavarropas porque ella no me dejaba manejarlo sola, todo lo tenía que hacer ella. A todo esto, ella no cumplía con las mismas reglas, lavaba como quería y sin ese líquido. Lo peor fue que ella se lavaba las manos y decía que no era su culpa. Cuestión, me quejé con Studiainitalia y resumidamente me la tenía que aguantar o irme a lavar mi ropa a otro lado aun cuando yo exigí previamente que la casa tenga lavarropas. Parece ser que hace falta aclarar el "LIBRE USO del lavarropas" para que te den bola. Pagué 600 euros por una habitación, lo mismo que te sale alquilar una habitación en casi cualquier parte de Europa por lo que fui preguntando, pero con la diferencia de que en general no hay reglas que no tengan relación a la convivencia. También sucedían otras cosas como a veces pedirme comida (cuando yo no le podía pedir a ella por reglamento) o tocar lo que yo me cocinaba, ejemplo bajandome el fuego, cuando yo sé lo que estoy haciendo. Al tener la dificultad de la diferencia de idioma, es difícil responder para evitar estos problemas. Si bien la primera experiencia en casa de italiano que tuve fue buena, esta segunda fue bastante mala.
De todas maneras, a pesar de todo, los de Studiainitalia me trataron siempre bien y con respeto, atentos para ayudarme por otro lado como diciendome de cosas para arreglar mi ropa, y siempre veloces para responder. Así que la atención si es un 10.
Mi experiencia trabajando en un museo también fue muy buena, sobretodo porque tuve la suerte de poder trabajar en la Galeria Uffizi. Las personas son muy amables. En otros museos no se hacen tantas actividades como allí, por lo que me han dicho, así que no pude haber tenido mejor experiencia laboral.
De todas maneras, a pesar de todo, los de Studiainitalia me trataron siempre bien y con respeto, atentos para ayudarme por otro lado como diciendome de cosas para arreglar mi ropa, y siempre veloces para responder. Así que la atención si es un 10.
Mi experiencia trabajando en un museo también fue muy buena, sobretodo porque tuve la suerte de poder trabajar en la Galeria Uffizi. Las personas son muy amables. En otros museos no se hacen tantas actividades como allí, por lo que me han dicho, así que no pude haber tenido mejor experiencia laboral.

I loved the course and Florence as a city; so friendly and cozy! I got a lot of help with accommodation and studiainitalia answered all my questions and helped me through the entire process of booking and following the course. They also made a visit during the last days there to see that everything was to my satisfaction which I appreciated. I would really recommend studiainitalia as well as the jewelry making course i Florence.
