Agradecemos sus palabras y me gustaría informarle de que, lo ocurrido con su anterior pedido se debe a que estos productos frescos, dependen mucho del momento de la campaña en que se encuentre, ya que si es al principio de campaña de recogida que se realiza en estas fechas, están muy frescos, luego conforme va avanzando el año, al haber sido recogidos en septiembre-octubre, van perdiendo esta frescura, por lo que siempre es recomendable adquirirlos antes de final de campaña, en torno a junio.

I am an old customer. I purchased during last years several times Medjoul Super Jumbo, as Letizia Custureri or, in the past, as Paolo Campolo, directly from you or through Amazon. Then I am not so happy to see that this time you sent me #3 boxes of Premium Jumbo and not Super Jumbo as per your invoice. The difference is clear (size) for me since I still have some dates I received last time from you. I am not discussing about the quality, but it is not so good to receive a different product. Maybe the "mistake" is due to the reason that those boxes were the last in your warehouse?
