I took one last night about an hour before I wanted to fall asleep. I don't even remember falling asleep. My dog tried to wake me up at 2am and I just couldn't wake up. I knew she wanted something but I couldn't respond. Finally I was able to get up but I felt wobbly and extremely tired. It is now noon the next day and I'm worthless. This worked a bit too well. I'll never take 5mg again. I've ordered a 3mg extended release to try next. I don't have trouble falling asleep but I do have trouble staying asleep. That's why I'm trying melatonin. Be careful with this stuff. I'm glad I'm not working today.

I recently noticed the significant texture change in the gummies. BOTH my children have sensory issues and are sensitive to textures. We used to LOVE Olly, but now my kids won't eat them. You can't just up and change something like that with anything for kids without a bit of warning or at LEAST something on the label acknowledging the change. PLEASE change the formula back! It's very frustrating starting from scratch finding a gummy they like.
