As far as melatonin gummies go, these do work really well. I take half of the recommended dose otherwise these make me kind of groggy. They taste okay, kind of like a berry mixed with mint.

I do love this product I do use it every single night and I've been using it for the last couple of months and it literally makes me sleep. It makes me feel calm I don't feel like I'm drowsy because certain melatonin?s can make you feel like that I just feel normal. ?

While these have a pleasant smell the taste is not up to park. They don't look anything like the photo shown on the front as the photo shows that they are a combination of pink and Orange and as you can see the. Rings are a deep purple color. They are hard to chew considering they are gummies and not what I expected.

I started taking these supplements to help me sleep and they were great at first! The taste was good and I always woke up feeling refreshed. Unfortunately, after a while, they seemed to lose their effectiveness and I stopped using them. Still, I'd recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a sleep aid.
