I had a surgery and it affected my ability to have normal bowel movements. I turned to taking this product and have been for about a week. It has helped keep me a little more regular. The ginger in this product helps with the digestive tract and soothes the stomach.

I was browsing the internet for a good probiotic and so glad I decided to give this a one a try, definitely have noticed improvement in my overall gut health as well as keeping skin clear. The pills are easy to consume and for the price seem to be a solid and quality probiotic source. I take them daily now.

My mom was having trouble sleeping so the Dr told her to start taking melatonin 5 mg at night. She's doing that and sleeps like a baby every night. So, I tried one just to see how it works. The following day, I walked around like I was in a fog all day! Took several naps and slept well the next night too. Moral of the story, it works great for mom... not for yours truly. ??

I am very hesitant to try new things since I have a sensitive stomach but I'm really glad I gave this a try! It has helped my gut health so much and I can absolutely feel the difference in just a short time. The bonus is that it's shelf stable and I can take it with me when I travel!! Huge win!!

I like them I need to take C to help iron absorption and this seems to work. I also like that they are no sugary like many other gummies they are pleasantly tart and orangey flavor

This is a great high quality probiotic! I love that it is shelf stable, my prior probiotic had to be refrigerated which can be annoying and always made me wonder how long it wasn't refrigerated before I received it, so the shelf stable brings me peace of mind!

I have been suffering diarrhea for years. Sometimes it' just mild symptom, but sometimes real bad. Usually going to the restroom at least three times in the monring only. It's very hard for me when I'm working. So working days, I usually have to skip breakfast due to possible incident. This probiotic helps me a lot, still getting better everyday, but I can feel it. Less time going to the restroom, easier to digest veggies. Hope getting way better soon or later.
