There's a couple of things to love about this product. First it does not taste like apple cider vinegar. Its takes like gummy bears and its often times the first thing I take in the morning before coffee or anything. I love it because I think it really helps me go to the bathroom if you know what I mean. It's also a great snack when I am hungry and it gives a small boost of energy. However make sure you only take the two required per day. I cannot speak too much on cravings or weight management but I can say that since taking this product i have been able to manage my weight and even lose 2 lbs! Taking this will not make you gain weight and will actually help you maintain the weight you desire. The gummy bears are a daily part of my regimen and I enjoy them for the reasons listed above. It is not a miracle cure but you are taking something you know will be helping you.

I've been trying to incorporate apple cider vinegar into my diet and never really found anything I liked enough to keep it up. When I received these gummies I was expecting just maybe a few days worth of samples, but I was super excited to see it was a whole jar. They have a wonderful taste and are easy to take.
