These work pretty well! One melatonin an hour before bed with a glass of water lulls me to sleep and helps me get a restful eight hours. Although I don't have sleeping issues, I know I can reply on this natural supplement to improve my sleep!

I think this supplement works well for me in aiding to get a decent nights sleep without feeling excessively tired in the a.m. I was actually surprised it worked as well as it did so I will continue to have this on hand for nights when my insomnia kicks in.

I love that this is a probiotic prebiotic combo. I was trying to this product because of the unique blend of herbs that are contained within it. I feel that they work together with probiotic to do its job. After a week on this I'm feeling less bloated and regular. I am very happy with it.
