Exceed my expectation.

My doctor recommended them after I complained on how much I hated taking fish oil. To me the capsules have no taste. They're big but easy to swallow and you don't get that fishy burly feeling afterwards. I've been told by many doctors since I was in high school, that I need to take fish oil and I buy them but I hate them. This particular Brandi don't mind taking at all.

Easy to swallow, no digestive issues with this product. It has made an improvement in my overall mood. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs / wants to take Vitamin B12.

What can I say

I am a science buff so I did a lot of research before purchasing this supplement. It turns out that most fish oils on the market come in the cheaper Ethyl Ester form. This Omega 3 oil comes in the more expensive Triglyceride form, which is more natural and can therefore be absorbed and utilized by the body much better. In fact one recent study showed that omega 3 in the triglyceride form has 71% greater absorption than Ethyl Ester oil. So this product actually gives me a better bang for the buck than most of the cheaper brands.

I hate gummies or pills you put under your tongue. As such these are the best for me! Not everyone can swallow a pill so these aren't for everyone. Good value.
