HORRIBLE!!!!
I decided to have a treatment in this salon because earlier i had an appointment with a romanian gentleman with a ginger hair who was really professional and i left with amazing hair. But this time i had a treatment with a manager named BEA ARIAS!!! who didn't speak english at all as a manager. I wanted to have a Brasilian keratin hair straitening . I was asking her about more information but she seemed to be not knowing anything about the product and the treatment. I arrived with a Very dark blue black hair and unfortunately i left with a patchy , partly black brown and ginger hair. My hair was 10 times more dry then normally . She completely damaged my hair in two hours by putting a product what she didn't even had knowledge of. She wanted to cut an extra 5 cm of my hair what she already damaged because she could hardly brush the ends of my hair. She was very unprofessional and rough by pulling my hair all the time. I don't recommend the person for tourists or english speaking clients living on the island because she doesn't understand they needs and she can't explain them anything about the products and the treatment. I will definitely not have anymore treatments in this salon. And unfortunately with her the salon will loose clients. Please see the attachment photos of my hair color before and after the treatment. Anyway my hair is not straight so is not just the color but the main reason why i went there is to have a complete straight hair was also not successful.
