Hello,
I have bought flowers from Telerosa on several occasions and always been very satisfied with both the product and service. Not this time!

Instead of the advertised attractive flower basket, that would act as a long-term positive reminder, the flowers were delivered in something approximating a wooden tray that would be better suited to showcasing fruit. Extreemely disappointing!

I know that Telerosa subcontract, but this needs to be done in a very controlled way to ensure that quality is standardised. If the subcontractor had contacted me before delivery to explain about the 'basket', I would have chosen a different product.

At the moment I am very unhappy that my chosen product was compromised - and the inferior nature of the gift reflects badly on me personally. I shan't be using Telerosa again until they improve their systems.

Desde nuestro punto de vista, ambos son prácticamente idénticos, por lo que no logramos entender completamente el motivo de tu descontento. Lo único que se nos ocurre es que quizás esperabas una cesta redonda con rosas visibles desde todos los ángulos, como en otros productos que ofrecemos. Sin embargo, este es un diseño a una cara, lo que significa que la parte trasera no es tan decorativa como la frontal, pero esa es la característica de este arreglo. En resumen, el producto entregado es el mismo que adquiriste.

Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente que esto te haya causado y agradecemos mucho tu comentario, que nos ayudará a mejorar la descripción del producto para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Nos encantaría poder ofrecerte una mejor experiencia en tu próxima compra.

From our perspective, both are practically identical, so we are not quite sure of the reason for your dissatisfaction. The only thing we can think of is that perhaps you were expecting a round basket with roses visible from all sides, like some of the other products we offer. However, this design is one-sided, meaning the back is not as decorative as the front, but that is the intended style of this arrangement. In short, the product delivered is the same one you purchased.

Tenia que enviar un ramo a una amiga, y buscando por la zona donde tenia que ser enviado di con ellos. La verdad que ha sido un gran acierto!!! El ramo precioso, el servicio increíble.. Lo que mas me sorprendió y a la vez me gusto, es que me enviaron una foto de cual eran las flores que ella iba a recibir.

The flowers did not deliver! I was told they were delivered to a bar that is not opened until Monday. So far, I have not been impressed and will likely not be ordering from you again. No one reached out to let my girlfriend know the flowers were not delivered. Not very good.

We are very sorry for the situation. The delivery person was at the provided address on the agreed day and time, but no one was there. Although we requested a Spanish mobile phone number to contact in case of incidents like this and find a solution, we did not receive such a number. Since it was Saturday, our delivery service ends at noon and we would not have been able to deliver the flowers until Monday. Given this situation, we chose to leave them at the nearby bar and notified you by email so you could inform the recipient to pick them up before the bar closed.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Pedí un ramo de rosas en agosto y todo fue bien. Pero he pedido otro ramo ahora, en septiembre, y no ha ido bien. Sí, la entrega fue rápida, pero pedí 6 rosas de color rosa, y me han llegado de color fúcsia, y lo que es peor, una de las rosas no tiene tallo; estaba colocada al lado de las demás, ¿a ver si cuela o qué?, pero al colocar el ramo en un jarrón, claro, esa rosa como mucho en un vasito. Decepción, y desconfianza para una nueva compra, no creo que vuelva a comprar aquí.

Lamentamos que el color rosa, en tonalidad fucsia, no sea de tu agrado. Queremos aclarar que el color rosa abarca muchos tonos diferentes y que cada cliente puede tener su preferencia específica. Sin embargo, a menos que nos indiques una tonalidad particular en las observaciones, no podemos saber cuál prefieres. Además, por cuestiones logísticas, solo disponemos de las tonalidades que encontramos ese día en el proveedor.

En cuanto a la rosa sin tallo, sería absurdo para nosotros enviar, a sabiendas, una rosa partida, ya que esto no podría pasar desapercibido para el cliente y comprometería nuestra reputación, construida a lo largo de más de 25 años de duro trabajo. A diario descartamos muchas rosas que llegan partidas del proveedor; de hecho, esto ya está contemplado en nuestros costes y presupuestos. Las rosas son muy frágiles, especialmente en el nudo más cercano a la cabeza, y se parten con facilidad, incluso por un simple movimiento brusco.

Cuando ocurre un problema como este, lo habitual es que el cliente nos envíe fotos del producto recibido en el momento de la entrega, para que nuestro departamento de atención al cliente pueda encontrar una solución adecuada a su caso.

Te reiteramos nuestras disculpas por lo ocurrido.
