あなたの質問
Dicen que el salmón se envía congelado pero se va descongelando por el camino y que al llegar se puede cocinar o congelar. La pregunta es: se puede congelar dos veces? Y por otro lado del origen dicen que es del Atlántico pero no especifican nada más y quería preguntarles si, como se supone viene de Noruega, el salmón es de acuicultura o ha sido pescado en alta mar.

Buenos días. El salmón lo enviamos totalmente fresco. Es de acuicultura de procedencia orgánico. La diferencia sería como comparar el pollo de granja normal o ecológico. Un cordial saludo, Tania.
