Nos llegó todo bien, la paleta Bellota un acierto, estaba riquisima. Empezamos la paleta por la contramaza como nos aconsejasteis y muy bien, ahora que estamos por la maza está en su punto.

I´ve been many times in spain and I was always asking for the best jamon in the restaurants. It was my first order of jamon, and selecting the "Ibérico Bellota Shoulder, 50% Iberian Breed" (2nd best quality) I thought it should be something like the one I ate so many times in Spain. But although it was not so bad, I was expecting better quality. Too much fat and not much jamon, especialy in the part of "Babilla" where the jamon was too tough and too little. Probably next time I will order ham instead of shoulder.

Hola Mario, gracias por tu pregunta. Esto depende de tu presupuesto pero las paletas más grandes tienen una proporción de jamón más grande en relación con el hueso y la grasa. Se a lo que sea seguro que estará muy buena! Saludos.
