Las últimas paletas de Los Pedroches que nos habéis mandado estaban increibles, un sabor y un aroma, buenisimos. El ibérico de los pedroches, aunque un poquito más caro es el mejor que hay, sabor intenso claro!

Good taste but a bit disappointed as 30% of meat was dry and hard - not eatable. Not really sure why but probably because the shoulder was more close to 3 years of curying time than 2 years.
