This is the second order I have placed with you. The first one went well. The second one, this one, was disastrous. I ordered 11 bottles of wine that were supposed to arrive in two packages. The first package arrived late and the second was damaged by UPS. I tried to contact you, but there was no response. UPS notified you; it would have been wise and good customer service to contact me.
