I had a very positive experience with Saul , global relax he took the time to explain various purchase options and explained the delivery timescale. and we received our VITALZEN PLUS more than weeks ago which was ordered for my wife because of that she has very week Leg ,Overall, a very positive buying experience with Global relax leg messages .

O produto é incrível, porém, o atendimento ao cliente e resolução de problemas é péssimo! Uma encomenda realizada em 11/03 depois de muita batalha, muitos emails, inumeras vezes ao banco, tudo isso para que eu provasse que o pagamento foi efetivamente feito e vocês a encerrarem o caso. Mas após 1 mês e meio finalmente foi me enviado o produto. Não voltaria a comprar devido à falta de suporte.

Quanto ao problema que tem tido, é devido ao meio de pagamento MULTIBANCO, razão pela qual efectuou o pagamento e que após inúmeros processos pela aplicação de gestão de pagamentos e cobranças e respostas contínuas ao seu email o processo foi encerrado, pois Todos as informações que pudemos fornecer a você e que você viu resultaram em um erro do seu banco e, após um procedimento interno que abriu disputas entre os bancos, seu banco pôde finalmente ver onde estava sua transação, portanto, liberou o dinheiro.

Como você sabe desde o primeiro momento que foi atendido, você foi informado e como viu uma vez que tudo foi resolvido, você entrou em contato novamente para saber se queria o produto ou a devolução do dinheiro, pois, agora se o pagamento foi chegado.

Espero que você entenda este erro estranho para nós, já que 99% dos pagamentos são satisfatórios, mas o MULTIBANCO está causando muitos problemas.

Muy mal por la empresa de mensajería (Correos), que no se molestó por hacer llegar el producto a tiempo. El destinatario devolverá el producto sin usarlo, así que nada puedo decir sobre él.

Todavía lo estoy probando. Fue dificil meterlo en casa por el volumen y meterlo en la habitacion todavía más complicado. En un ascensor no sé si cabe. Problema con eso.

I use the zen shaper every day, it's steady and easy to use. Price/quality is good. I would recommend this if you have enough space to place it in an open space where you don't have to move it, as it is quite heavy.
