Amazing product, very pleased with the power of massage especially around the back of the heel area. Heat is excellent but very less heat around feet is disappointing. Worth buying this pmachine.

Bom dia,
O Processo de compra foi muito fácil, o atendimento ao cliente pelo Mauro, foi 5 *, a instalação dos transportadores 5*.
Infelizmente não estou 100% satisfeita com o funcionamento do produto.
1º- não consigo abrir o espaço para pôr os óleos essenciais. (tenho medo de forçar e partir a tampa de enroscar)
2º- não consigo inserir novos programas mais soft, o livro não é suficientemente claro para mim, deveria haver um vídeo a explicar o funcionamento. (o preço de aquisição e instalação o justificam)
3º- não consigo massajar as costas, a pressão atual é muito forte e me deixa toda dorida, sou obrigada a levantar as costas e os pés para não sofrer tanto.
Senão, gosto da cadeira, se me conseguirem enviar um vídeo a explicar como posso alterar os programas de funcionamento para o adaptar às minhas necessidades, ficarei totalmente feliz!

Bought the Kronos chair for husband who has multi level discopathy and secondary fibro myalgia from and chair accident as he was losing mobility and in constant pain. Chair is a god send, helping keeping him upright and out of a wheelchair. Would definitely recommend. Lots of settings, the photo sensitivity hood is amazing, heating massage options and zero gravity are really good. The aromatherapy is also good.
