El sillón es fantástico, además de relajar gracias a los masajes ni me acuerdo del fisio, ni de contracturas y dolores. Con el modo Dream hay veces que no llegas ni a la cama de lo a gusto que estás, es una experiencia placentera y sanadora a la vez, controla el estrés y la tensión arterial, noto que mi calidad de vida ha mejorado, que puedo adaptar el masaje a lo que mi cuerpo necesita y que el día mejora tras pasar por el sillón.
La Atención al Cliente es excepcional, cumplieron todo lo que prometieron, tanto plazos, regalos y bonificaciones, información veraz y confiable. El sillón masaje alta gama era uno de mis sueños y ahora estoy segura y feliz de haber hecho una buena compra. Si tuviera que añadir alguna foto, las de producto del website son muy buenas, sería la de caras de placer y la sonrisa que provoca cuando comparto el sillón con mis amigos.

Lieber Herr Armin,
Als Sie den KRONNOS Massagesessel gekauft haben, haben Sie eine Sonderzustellung angefordert, so dass das Paket an Ihre Privatadresse geliefert wird. Als wir nach Möglichkeiten für diese Art von Sonderzustellung suchten, gab es keine Unternehmen in der Gegend, die dazu bereit waren, und die Person, die wir fanden, bestätigte, dass die Zustellung am Sonntag erfolgen könnte. Wir hatten ihm zuvor mitgeteilt, dass die Lieferung am Sonntag erfolgen würde.
Wenn sich der Fahrer bis zu dieser späten Stunde verspätet hat, entschuldigen wir uns dafür, aber das Transportproblem liegt bei Dritten, auf die wir keinen Einfluss haben.

Colis tout simplement pas reçu il est bloqué à cavaillon depuis 12 jours.
On me demande de me débrouiller avec la poste car il n’arrivent pas à avoir de nouvelles du centre de tri.
Mais la poste me dit que mon colis est en transit.
Bref c’est pas professionnel de votre part soit vous me rembourser soit vous me renvoyer un colis.

Massage très efficace, arrivé très vite, très bon suivi par le vendeur. Pour les petits pieds, l'appareil peut faire mal au niveau des chevilles. Après 2 semaine d'utilisation, toujours contente. Petit problème: pour certains programmes, l'appareil fait un bruit bizare. Après une journèe debout, avec 1 ou 2 programmes de massage, jambes soulagées.
