bonjour, Colis non reçu Merci pour votre message. Après vérification, je constate que la personne ayant réceptionné le colis se prénomme Angelika, alors que moi je m?appelle Paul. La signature figurant sur votre preuve de livraison ne correspond pas à la mienne. Je n?ai donc pas reçu cette commande. Je vous demande de bien vouloir ouvrir une enquête auprès du transporteur afin de localiser le colis ou procéder à un nouvel envoi / remboursement.
