Shipment was fast, the ham arrived on time, the packaging was good, but the ham inside was completely white with mold. It looks like it has signs of damage from worms already. Disappointed because I was really excited to receive it for an occasion with colleagues. I will send a picture to the contact link from jamonarium…

Hello Gauthier, thanks for your comments. Please, send us a picture, if the ham is not fine we will solve it very fast. We have an extrict qualtity control, but it could happend that one ham have an issue. Whatever happends we are always here to find a solution. Un peut compliqué à utiliser avec une épaule, car la base ne bloque pas forcement bien l'os qui est fin, du coup je mets parfois un torchon en boule qui stabilise l'os.
Néanmoins, pour le prix, il joue bien son rôle et me facilite la découpe car j'ai mes deux mains libres.

Je suis très satisfaite de ce produit !
Un peu grasse, mais c'est une épaule, donc normal, le gras est bon donc je ne le jette pas et je l'utilise dans des soupes (de même que l'os en fin de coupe)

Vielen Lieben Dank für die tolle Abwicklung, der Schinken schmeckt hervorragend. Immer wieder gerne. Jedoch das Versandunternehmen TNT ist eine Katastrophe. Vielleicht wäre DPD eine bessere Variante. Unsere Apfelsinen aus Spanien sind immer innerhalb von 3 Tagen hier. TNT braucht länger als eine Woche.
