j'ai connu votre boutique à l'occasion d'un voyage à barcelone et les produits achetés étaient bons par contre je suis déçu de ma commande car l'épaule est tres sèche beaucoup trop de gras, le rapport qualité prix est mauvais; je ne suis pas sure de commander à nouveau ...

Bonjour Magaly, merci pour votre avis. Après plus de 40 ans de vente de jambon, nous savons que même si nous avons des produit de une qualité top, il y a toujours une pièce qui a un peu trop de gras. Comme vous le savez probablement déjà, les épaules ibériques contiennent environ 60% de graisse, d'os et de peau. C'est cette graisse qui fais des ibériques unes épaules délicieuses. Je vous propose de nous écrire par mail et nous trouvera une solution. Merci d'avance.

Très bon, assez peu de gras. Il n'est pas épicé, ce qui convient à tous. Je l'ai utilisé en apéro et aussi dans des plats, et il passe partout.

Bon rapport qualité prix. On a ce goût typique des jambons ibériques. La texture est assez molle, ce qui le différencie d'un 100% il me semble. Mais à ce prix, c'est vraiment un bon plan.

2e achat chez Jamonarium et je suis très content. Les produits sont vraiment bons (jambon, huile, chorizo et vin). C'est le meilleur plan pour avoir des jambons de qualité à un bon rapport qualité/prix en France. Le livreur a laissé le colis en bas de l'immeuble, mais ce n'est pas de la faute de Jamonarium. JE RECOMMANDE !

Hat sehr schnell geliefert. Die Qualität ist überdurchschnittlich gut.
Bei einer Chorizo allerdings war leider die Verschweiśsung aufgegangen und die Ware war leicht schimmelig.
Kann auch unterwegs passiert sein.
Sonst alles perfekt

There so much fat on the leg that it is really uneatable. In addition, the meat I have managed to find is really not very nice.
This is not my first order with you but based on this particular shipment it may well be the last.

Hello Neil, thanks for your opinion. As we have just spoke on the phone we already found a solution for the issue. We always try to select the products in its right point of drying and with the average quantity of fat. However sometime we can mis it, we are not inside of the ham!
