I bought two of the blue tortilla Espanol pans, one for me, and one as a gift for my friend who lived some years in Sevilla and makes the dish frequently. I intend to cook Persian kuku, a dish of eggs and herbs.

The shipping service was on time, the pans well packaged., the product of good quality. I have not yet used my set for cooking.

Before I ordered, I found the Magefesa videos helpful.

I contacted Magefesa USA in Miami and they replied fast letting me what handle would fit my vintage pressure cooker.which i appreciated.
When I contacted them again regarding the size of the screw not fitting, I never received a reply. I fixed the issue myself.

The handle fit my very old vintage Magefesa cooker but the screw did not, the one that comes with the handle is too long, but I used a hexagonal nut, and it worked perfect.
