El libro es perfecto. Tiene un tamaño adecuado y cumple con la normativa vigente en cuanto al registro de vuelos se refiere. En cuanto al servicio de Pilots Center, sin problemas, todo correcto.

Una vergüenza el servicio, he pagado por una entrega en 24 horas y me ha tardado 5 dias. He pagado por transferencia y no se han molestado en mirar la cuenta, me dicen "tenemos un problema con el banco" pues sal y vete a pedir un extracto de la cuenta. No vuelvo a comprarles nada.

Hola César Ángel, sentimos mucho el retraso. Igualmente nos gustaría aclarar que el pedido lo realizó el día 15 a las 18:35 por lo que el primer día para poder enviarlo era el día 16 y le fue entregado el día 19, tardando por tanto 3 días. En cualquiera de los casos, siempre es recomendable enviar el justificante de transferencia para acelerar el proceso. Reiteramos nuestras disculpas por este retraso puntual. Saludos, Pilots Center

Llegó muy rápido, lo pedí un miércoles pasadas las 20 a través de MRW y llegó el mismo viernes por la mañana. Menos de 5€ de envío así que muy contento. El producto en sí tal cual lo que imaginaba, perfecto. Sin embargo pnsaba que vendrían con funda como he visto en otros proveedores, pero es verdad que el anuncio no lo indica así y pues vinieron sin funda. Igualmente estoy satisfecho con la compra.

Una buena calidad a muy buen precio.
Realmente el servicio al cliente de Pilots Center es espectacular. Lo recomiendo 100% y cuando tenga que comprar algo relacionado con aeronáutica por seguro que lo haré a través de este web.
Responden prácticamente al momento, y realmente se preocupan por tener el cliente contento.

Hola Joel, según el centro de publicaciones del Ministerio de Fomento, la edición vigente es la de 2018. El que sí ha tenido revisión es el Diario de vuelo del Piloto. En cualquier caso, podías contactar con nosotros para solicitar el reemplazo.

La atención al cliente excelente. Muy educada. Te ayuda en todo momento. Muy eficaz y eficiente. Además que ya en ocasiones anteriores he hecho otras compras. El envío lo han hecho el mismo día. Tolo muy profesional y perfecto. Recomiendo a qualquier persona que busque cualquier artículo sobre aviación civil y militar ypues tendrá todas las garantías en calidad y precio. Además encontrará de todo. Sólo faltó mencionar en la información del envío que no está incluido los gastos de aduanas.
