Les daría excelente si no fuera por dos aspectos:
1. La persona que me atendió vía telefónica fue la misma en dos ocasiones y aunque me brindó la información, me parece que si trato debe ser más cordial.
2. No hubiera hecho esas llamadas si hubiera más claridad y actualizaciones en el seguimiento de mi pedido por medio de correo, página o en la app.
