Envio y productos muy bien.
En contra, no hay información del momento en el que se realiza el envío, se envía un mail de que el pedido puede tardar unos días pero no especifica el tiempo en concreto, o cuando se han repuesto y salido de almacén. Resulta confuso.
De los teléfonos de información que ofrecen para contactar con vosotros en alguno de ellos no tienen ni idea de los pedidos que se han hecho a través de la web ni saben que ese teléfono aparece como posible contacto para clientes, por lo que se debería eliminar ese medio.

Algunos de los productos (4 envases) los recibí muy deteriorados. Aunque el bote no estaba roto, la caja estaba rota y en mal estado, como si se hibera mojado.
De hecho, el primer envase que saqué casi se me cae el frasco del jarabe al suelo por el estado del envase.
