Es la primera vez que pruebo cosmética facial sólida, y la verdad que me ha gustado. Ya que estoy poco a poco incorporando en mi vida productos que me aporten “seguridad en la salud”. El aroma es muy bueno, nada rancio, y el aplicador cómodo. La piel me la deja bien, me gusta, ya que es complicado comparar con otras de químicos preparados para darte lo que quieres (que no lo que necesitas). Volveré a comprarla. ☺️

Quisiéramos saber cuál productos le llegaron partidos, para así poderle mandar 1 refil de cada producto de manera gratuita en compensación por lo sucedido.

Respecto a la sensación de taponar el poro, no es normal que la piel se sature a no ser que tenga la piel muy grasa o tal vez porque se está poniendo demasiada cantidad de producto. Le mandaremos un folleto de las opciones de rutinas según la piel.
