Buenas tardes, las naranjas llegaron la semana pasada a dia de hoy tengo varias frutas danadas, la parte superior de la caja excelente, la parte inferior con golpes, les puedo mandar una fotografia para verificarlo, creo que ha sido mala manipulation, algunas naranjas como con pequenos golpes o apretadas, les agradeceria se pusiesen en contacto para solucionar este desafortunado incidente, atte Ezequiel G.

Buenos días, ante todo desde TOMA TU FRUTA, queremos agradecerle la confianza depositada, comentarle que actualmente la naranja debe estar en cámara siempre, ya que el calor las estropea rápidamente, el tema del transporte es ajeno a nosotros, no obstante pondremos la oportuna reclamación a la agencia.
Queremos ofrecerle un 50% de dto. nuestros productos, para que pueda seguir disfrutando de la mejor naranja valenciana puesta en su domicilio.

Buenos días, ante todo desde TOMA TU FRUTA, queremos agradecerle la confianza depositada, comentarle que actualmente la naranja debe estar en cámara siempre, ya que el calor las estropea rápidamente y conforme va avanzando el verano aguanta menos fuera de cámara.
La naranja nunca se congela, pero como debe saber ya no estamos en temporada de recogida de naranja, con lo que se mantiene en frio para su conservación.
Queremos ofrecerle un 50% de dto. en nuestros productos, para que pueda seguir disfrutando de la mejor naranja valenciana puesta en su domicilio.
