El mejor corte por “consenso unánime familiar”. Nunca fallas con propios e invitados. Excelente. No hace falta nada más que una plancha y un toque de sal para disfrutar.

Sencillamente exquisita. A la plancha, toque muy ligero de aceite ( con su propia grasa se hace perfectamente), dejarla crujiente por fuera y muy poco hecha en el interior y a disfrutar.
