Just what the doctor ordered. I’ve been using it for a week and it’s exactly what the company claims. The Zen Shaper comes fully assembled including a wrist remote control. Plug it to an outlet and you are ready to go. The only thing you have to connect are the elastic hand held Magic Rope. It’s very quite and since I live in an apartment that is very important. I’ve been using the 15 minute default workout on a daily basis and I can start seeing the results. The only issue I wish they included was an exercise video on YouTube but you can find those regardless which equipment you use.

Sinto-me satisfeita com esta plataforma vibratório por ser confortável e de boa qualidade, espaçosa para se fazer os exercícios, e adoro a ideia do comando ser um relógio por ser muito mais prático. Única indicação de melhoria que deixo na minha avaliação seria o aumento da intensidade da vibração. Produto 5 Estrelas!

Commande et disponibilité au top. Article bien protégé dans son carton.
Je l'ai essayé déjà 3 x 15 minutes en position debout et on sent bien le travail du bas du corps, du buste et même jusqu'au visage : impressionnant ! Cela secoue la cellulite !!!
Le bruit de l'appareil est assez discret et n'empêche pas l’utilisation en regardant la télévision, par exemple... Par contre, appareil costaud et assez lourd mais, je pense, de bonne qualité (à voir à l'usage)
Par contre je n'ai pas trouvé l'endroit où fixer les poignées : à voir...

Sto usando la pedana quotidianamente, non ho ancora appurato quali effetti possa produrre, anche perché devo prendere dimestichezza con i vari programmi che offre.

Wow!!! Je viens de recevoir ma plateforme et je suis tout à fait sous le charme. Elle est très silencieuse, facile à déplacer et que dire du travail qu'elle m'aide à faire au niveau de l'exercice! Tout à fait génial. Je recommande la plateforme à toutes mes amies! Le service est impeccable car on reçoit une réponse rapide et efficace en quelques minutes.

Antes de nada agradecerle la confianza depositada en nosotros.
Para iniciar la música debe clicar como indica el manual de instrucciones el icono de PLAY/STOP, el cual se encuentra en la página 9 del manual.
Si a lo que se refiere es como añadir música es mediante un USB, el cual usted debe guardar su música (ÚNICAMENTE ADMITE MP3), y si lo desea puede sincronizarlo con el brazalete, también puede ver como se hace en la página 9 del manual, este se muestra con el logo de una CLAVE MUSICAL.

Also I want to ask how many days does the shipment take approximately from where you are to New York, USA? And finally, if the wireless control stops working, you replace it without any problem? And if there is any malfunction with the machine in the period of the five years of guarantee that I am paying and I had to return and send you the machine, who pays the shipment with the carrier you or do I have to pay them (and how much would that shipment cost? the carrier if I had to pay it or are you responsible for the return and the carrier and includes it in the guarantee?). I will now answer your questions:
All GLOBAL RELAX products are protected by a 2-year Official Warranty, and/or an Extended Warranty of up to 5 years.
The Warranty covers any defect in the operation of the device due to a manufacturing defect, not due to customer misuse.
To give you an example: if the device stops working due to an internal electrical problem, this fault is covered by the warranty.
However, if the user drops a glass of water on the device and it stops working, this incident is not covered by the warranty.
Apart from the above, in case the device has a fault, GLOBAL RELAX will pick up the device at no cost to you.
Once fixed, you will receive it back at your home without any cost either.
In case the breakdown is serious and can´t be repaired, a new device will be delivered to you.
Please check the level of satisfaction of our customers through the opinion panel (REVI) of our official online store (www.globalrelax.com).
At this moment, for deliveries in USA and Canada, we are communicating a delivery time of 4-6 working days from the order date, due to the transport restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 crisis.

La différence est que le modèle ZEN SHAPER PLUS est fourni avec la lecture de musique via un port USB.

En ce qui concerne votre question, l'appareil est une plateforme vibrante et oscillante qui se branche à une prise. Il a une telecommande pour contrôler facilement les fonctions. Le modèle Zen Shaper plus offre la possibilité de connecter un USB avec de la musique. La musique est synchronisée avec l'appareil pour une meilleure formation.
