These gummies taste great. I take two daily. I have been taking these for about 3 weeks. I feel like my face has a brighter complexion. Will see how it works going forward.

These are a little tough to chew, and you are supposed to take two a day. so there's only enough for 15 days. so prepare yourself for that. It's pricey, in my opinion.

I take 2 of these every day. I was looking for a product that I didn't have to mix in a drink and was skeptical because other brands had ok reviews, but not great. I love this product. I've been taking them for a few months now and have noticed that my hair, nails and skin are more healthy than before I ever took any sort of supplement. I do go get my nails done and have for 25 years. Some of the salon's nail products wouldn't work on me because of my body chemicals such as dip, shellac/gel and whatever else was the latest "great for your nails" fab. I could always do acrylics but wanted to try some other things after taking this product. I currently do the luminary gel instead of acrylics and my body chemicals do well with this. Could it be the gummies? Maybe, but never had luck before I was taking gummies.

Flavor was really good and the gummies were soft throughout the whole month of having the bottle open. I just didn't see any difference in my skin, hair, or nails after 30 days of usage.
