We found the online store to be clear and easy to use.
However when trying to purchase at the checkout, we had a lot of difficulty in paying, even with several different credit cards. (I can accept that this was 'black friday sales' and perhaps systems overloaded).

Nous venons de le recevoir et donc pas encore testé ;
Par contre, livraison respectée dans un temps record.
Emballage extraordinaire ; par contre, nous avons rencontré des difficultés à l'extraire de son énorme carton, des pattes de blocage le retenant (sûrement nécessaires pour le sécuriser, mais compliqué à le sortir, ne le sachant pas. A cet effet, il serait utile de donner une information à l'intérieur du carton de manière à prévenir qu'il y a des pattes de blocage : cela éviterait d'énormes efforts... douloureux
Quant à la notice, bien que détaillée, une police de caractères plus grande serait la bienvenue : caractères difficiles à lire, trop petits : contraints de la réimprimer en l'agrandissant.
Important : ce fauteuil très lourd à déplacer nécessite beaucoup de force, et il faut absolument bien le préciser sur votre site et PROPOSER UNE INSTALLATION A DOMICILE MOYENNANT FINANCES.

Aún no lo he probado porque lo quiero para regalar en Reyes pero si puedo decir que cuando reclamé por teléfono la devolución de gastos de envío que me cobraron (y que cuando hice el pedido se decía que el envío era gratuito) la verdad que me atendieron muy bien, me explicaron como me iban a reembolsar esos gastos y me dieron todas las facilidades para ello por lo cual estoy muy agradecido. Cuando pruebe el aparato les volveré a escribir para expresarles mi opinión. Un saludo desde Tenerife.

Efectivamente todos los envíos son gratuitos para nuestros clientes, tal y como se informa en la web.

Para envíos a Canarias, como es su caso, siempre especificamos en la documentación de envío que todos los gastos son pagados por el remitente (por Global Relax). No obstante, en algunas ocasiones el personal de Aduanas apenas revisa con detenimiento la documentación y por defecto, aplica los gastos al destinatario.

Por ello, en estos casos, gestionamos rápidamente la devolución de los gastos aplicados a nuestros clientes, para que disfruten plenamente de su producto desde el primer día, y no tengan que preocuparse de nada más.
