j'ai acheté un appareil masseur de pieds et jambes chez la société Global relax le 27 juillet 2023 sur le site il été noté que on pouvait essayer l'appareil pendant 30 jours si pas satisfait on devait le retourner et un remboursement intégral nous serait fait. Après avoir vu avec eux par téléphone la société de transport est venu récupérer le colis 12 kg le 21 aout 2023, un remboursement le 15 septembre 2023 de 189,89 euros m'a été crédité sur mon compte bancaire. J'avais fait un premier virement de 99,99 euros le 27/07/23 et un second de 100 euros le 27/08/23 par virement avec ma carte bleue. J'essaye de contacter par tchat , mail, téléphone la société global relax pour savoir pourquoi on m'a prit 10 euros et personne ne me répond.
Je ne comprend pas pourquoi global relax ne respect pas ses engagements consultable sur leur site par tout client potentiel.

The pressure on feet is too harsh, product looked good, but was painful massage really.
I sent it back under the return guarantee and despite getting most of my money back WAS NOT FULLY REFUNDED. I asked twice to have my money owed refunded and they still have not refunded the full amount.
I certainly wouldn’t buy from them again.

I wouldn’t purchase from global relax again, the foot and leg massager is just too harsh on feet - painful.
And I wouldn’t even have left a negative review if they’d refunded me fully as promised by there purchase 30 day return guarantee - I’ve not been fully refunded and despite two emails requesting a full refund, they just ignore now. Hence my review.
Update - Global Relax also lie, on revi. Review ‘there website review’ I cannot reply, here I can:
They said I returned in not original box, it was the box it was delivered in, they also dated the box was damaged on 3 sides ‘speak to your! carrier then’ and they stated it was missing two accessories - there was only the unit and the power lead, absolute liars! was worth leaving the truthful review of the rubbish you sell to try and forewarn others.

Le produit est bien mais en l'utilisant j'ai fait un trou a un t-shirt oups il c'est pris dans les roux de rotation.
Le compteur qui affiche les tours ne fonctionne déjà plus ?
Quelque fois la rotation ne se fait pas correctement l'espace de 5 minutes et c'est repartie !
Je l'utilise tout les deux jours c(est peut être beaucoup trop ?

La pression sur les jambes est trop forte, même en réglant au minimum l'intensité. Ca fait mal, ce qui n'est pas du tout l'effet recherché.
J'ai donc renvoyé le fauteuil.
