Mag with some kava, I guess it is meant to improve mood at least from what I know of herbs and nootropics. The blend itself is 500mg of magnesium. Can not tell you about sleep benefits, but doing a cursory comparison, the amount in this supplement is quite small to where I doubt it would induce or lead to sleep? I would use the more tried and tested melatonin. Easy to swallow and take for magnesium benefits and I say kava is just an acceptable bonus that I personally did not feel takes anything away.
