Estas flores en la página decía 29.90 y me cobraron 34.90 y aparte el transporte todo me salió por 40.90
Yo pregunté varias veces porque me cobraron más dinero y nunca me respondieron nada.

No vuelvo a comprar aquí. Acepto que tengan un error pero no lo asumen.

Estimada Paola,

Efectivamente, la rosa eterna que aparece en nuestra web tiene un precio de 29,90 €, con entrega gratuita siempre que el pedido se realice con antelación suficiente y sea para entregar de lunes a viernes no festivo.

Sin embargo, en tu caso, el pedido fue realizado el mismo domingo del Día de la Madre a las 10:25 h, con solicitud de entrega urgente esa misma mañana, y fue entregado puntualmente a las 11:46 h, menos de una hora y media después.

Por ese motivo, el sistema aplicó automáticamente la tarifa de domingos y festivos (34,90 €), y además se añadió el coste del servicio urgente de transporte (6 €), lo que sumó el total de 40,90 €.

Para poder disfrutar de los precios de oferta hay que hacer el pedido con antelación, la entrega debe ser de lunes a viernes no festivo y a lo largo de todo el día.

What happened in this case is quite common when the sender does not provide a complete and accurate delivery address. In fact, you yourself noted in your order that we should call the recipient, and the only information you provided was a foreign phone number.

We did call the recipient and she gave us new delivery details, but unfortunately, when the MRW courier attempted delivery, those details were still incomplete. Since MRW couriers cannot make calls to international numbers, they were unable to resolve the issue on the spot.

After re-contacting the recipient and arranging a second delivery attempt, the order was finally delivered—although on a later date than originally requested.

We regret any inconvenience caused, but this type of delay is beyond our control when the delivery information is insufficient.
