I have made two orders, each with five sets. Each order had one set of seeds that did not germinate. It yappens. The seeds were all replaced. To me, that is excellent service. Recommended.

The customer service I received was very good indeed, after a mix up, I was sent the correct item without delay, unfortunately the courier mislaid the item and sent it across the wrong side of the country, it took 4 days to reach me, I was concerned about storage during this time ,ie hot van summers day etc ,but regardless went ahead, I believe this has affected the quality of the product, as have had very disappointing results, almost to the point that I thought I should quit and start afresh , I have no complaints with the seller, was a first class response, sadly, the couriers mishandling damaged the viability of the product.

Great site and good communicating from customer service can't say enough good things about world of seeds.lets see how they grow.

El único detalle que tengo ahora, es que quiero hacer un nuevo pedido y su sitio web no me permite continuar con el proceso de compra. Les envio adjunta la imagen.

my order arrived in only one week......the seeds are all a nice size and uniform, have germinated well and look very healthy in the early stage......out of the many new strains in red cups, the strawberry blue early harvest seedlings are the largest so far.......tired of going to seedsman for their "out of stock sales" and the credit card orders will not go through.........i also could not put through a credit card order with (wos) either so i had to send a wire transfer......at least i received the (5) free seeds for the wire transfer........tried expert seeds, and the order never showed up.......after ignoring many emails they finally agreed to send a replacement order........i only received one half of the order.........(wos) may not offer 650 strains but what they have is all interesting.......can't wait for this tasty harvest..........

En mi última compra hubo un error en el envío: me enviaron semillas regulares en lugar de autoflorecientes. Al reclamar, la respuesta fue inmediata y no me pusieron ninguna pega, enseguida me enviaron las semillas que tocaban. La atención al cliente fue rápida y amable. El envío llegó rapido y bien embalado, y con extras que no esperaba y que se agradecen ( en ambos envíos ). Gracias.

Shipment was run over by something and most seeds were squashed but they replaced the complete order right away that came in fine ,all germinated and growing strong, thanks

Haven't actually tried the products but it all arrived super fast for a reasonable fee. All good and in place, a very friendly and professional service overall. I'd happily order again.
