Très déçu par ce jambon.
Je l'ai acheté pour noel, je l'ai choisi un peu gros pour une épaule 5Kg.
Nous avons à peine sorti un peu plus d'1Kg de viande.
Au maxi la largeur de viande faisait 3,5cm.
Donc beaucoup, beaucoup de graisse.
Je mets quand même 2 étoiles car le il était vraiment bon, mais à 200€/Kg du coup ça fait vraiment cher.

Bonjour Laurent, merci pour votre avis. Normalement une épaule ibérique il a un 60% de gras, peu et oss, et un 40% de viande. Nous faissons une seléction avant de chaque expédition, nous essayons de vous envoyez des pièces au point just d'afinnage. Si il moin de gras l'épaule risque de ête séche, si il ya trop de gras, ce n'est pas bon non plus. Je vous propose de nous contactez par mail et nous pouvons trouver une solution. As a Spanish food lover, I recently tried the Ibérico Bellota Shoulder from Huelva, and it was phenomenal.
This is high-quality product, made with real attention to tradition and care I've been enjoying it on its own, and I also like to add it to tapas when friends come over to my house. This Pata Negra is truly delicious. I highly recommend it for any fan of Jamon!
