Leider hat der Käse in verschweißtem Zustand und bei ca 10 Grad Celsius gelagert nach 4 Wochen angefangen zu schimmeln. Vielleicht deshalb oder warum auch immer schmeckte er auffällig nach Chemie.

Hallo Bernjard, Thanks for your feedback. The cheese should be fine after 4 weeks in the fridge with the vaccum packaging sealed. The only option that could happened is that in the prcess the plastic has been punched. Please contact us by Email and we will find a solution. Regards.
