Un jamón de 10. No habia probado nunca producto de Los predroches de Córdoba y nos ha impreisonado. Somo consumidores asiduos de ibeirco de Bellota 100% y este jamón ha sido de los mejores que hemos comido. Gracias por al recomendación, es una joya!!!

Le jambon Ibérique Bellota est toujours au top. La livraison à été très rapide mais extrêmement catastrophique : en mon absence, le livreur a déposé le colis dehors sous la pluie sans prise de contact, ni information. Aucune possibilité de livraison sur un point relais. Traiter un met d'exception ainsi est déplorable.
Le jambon Ibérique Bellota est toujours au top. Obviously this ham is delicious. Then it really comes down to your taste. This one feels more aged than others and has a stronger taste. I must say it does not stand out compared to the other ones I tried the previous years, but it is definitely an awesome ham. I try I a different one every year, so adjusting my taste as I go.

Hola Manuela, la diferencia es que los jamones de Bellota 100% ibéricos se hacen de cerdos de raza pura ibérica, donde la madre y el padre del cerdo son de raza 100% ibérica. Los jamones del 50% se cruza la raza con otra que no es ibérica. El resultado del jamón 100% ibérico Pata negra es un producto con un sabor aun más intenso, y una grasa transparente que se deshace en la boca. Es la máxima calidad en jamones ibéricos y los que llevan la etiqueta negra y la denominación de Pata Negra. Saludos!
