Pure delight.When I took out the ham from the bag and saw it had the red tag - not the black - I initially becam a little disaponted - but was just me who did not pay attention to this when puing the order. However the ham exceeds any expectation - it has so much marbeled fat in the meat - more than any 100% iberico i have had before - and the 42 months curing makes the texture and the taste just fantastic.

Canela en rama.Es el segundo jamón Bellota de 4 años que pedimos en jamonarium y a cual mejor. El sabor, el aroma, la grasita, todo increible. Recomendamos este producto y a la tienda Jamonarium. Un trato super agradable y eficaz. Seguiremos comprando jamones aquí.
