Whole Bellota Iberico Ham Sliced.The jamon was slightly dry compared to what I am used to from other shops. That gave the bits a bit dry/hard edge. The slices were perfectly thin without falling apart. The jamon were slightly saulty for my taste but others appreciated the salt.
