Es un engaño total. Gasté un bono regalo Smartbox valorado en 60 euros más otros 10 euros extras por unos productos que mirado uno por uno en el Google estaban valorados en 44 euros. Total, una estafa. Nada recomendable.

Buenos días, lamentamos que no hayas quedado contento con tu pedido. Ten en cuenta que las cajas regalo SmartBox tienen un sobrecoste, que es la comisión de SmartBox. Comentarte también que nuestros productos son gourmet de calidad, seguro que encontrarás otros productos "similares" por internet de menor coste, pero probablemente no sean iguales. Respetamos todos los tipos de producto pero nosotros solo tenemos los mejores! Igualmente si nos quieres escribir por mail para que podamos revisar su pedido y podamos explicarte con más detalle, genial! Gracias y te deamos un feliz año nuevo!

A great jamon quality and service. I have been ordering jamon for family Christmas gifts for years and this is a great place for it. The quality is great, all my spanish family members are quite happy with it. Also, there was a delivery issue because courrier lost a part of package on Christmas season, but the customer service as prompt and professional. At the end, we could get everything on time. Highly recommended.

Hello, thanks for your review. As we have talked by email, you received a "Lingote" from 5J from us whihc is packed in a box that we can't open it to see how is the prouduct. It's the first time we have a complain about it, normaly they have the correct shape and of course the top quality. Yesterday we arrage with you a compensation which I think you were satisfy and we will see you soon with a new order. Thanks again for your comprehension and have a great day!
