Salamanca pieces are always a must, and this one did not deceived me at all. It is comfortable to consume and keep and I can enjoy the best of the salamanca hams. Loved it.

This is one of the best boneless hams I have ever tried. Moreover, the flavour is slightly sweet and intense and its perfomance is very good among the boneless pieces. I recommend it.

J’ai renouvelé mon achat d’une palette de Jabugo 5 Jotas… Goût extraordinaire, texture de la viande et du gras tout en finesse… Produit exceptionnel qui mérite largement sa réputation.
A noter que Jamonarium vend moins cher le même produit que sur place à Jabugo !
Bravo à l’équipe Jamonarium et bien sûr au fabricant… !

Thanks for your comments Giuseppe. We choose all our hams and shoulders with love. Sometimes it can happen that a piece has a little more fat than usual. Tell you that the Iberian shoulder can have around 60% fat and bone, that's a lot of fat. This is one of the reasons why it is so tasty. This cheese was not good, and it was covered in a slimy coating which did not feel healthy or sound. Maybe the transportation was the problem.
