Fromage excellent !

Huile parfaite !

déçu par la pata negra, qui par nature DOIT être grasse mais à ce point ! Aucune astringence du gras, étrange. Un des deux paquets était au contraire trop sec, bref mauvaise expérience.

Au final, il vaut mieux acheter directement une pate ou un jambon complet.

Bonjour Laurent, merci de votre avis. c'est claire que la meilleure option pour avoir le meilleure jambon c'est le jambon entier avec os. Le jambon tranché c'est toujours une option de commodité. Les sachets peuvent venir de la partie plus tendre et juteux du jambon ou de le plus sèche. C'est pour cette raison que je conseil d'achetez des entiers tranches pour avoir de tranches de tout le jambon. Bien à vous.

Sabor agradable (sin comparación, por supuesto, con el de una paleta de bellota). Un defecto sin embargo : demasiada grasa (la mitad del peso de la pieza, aproximadamente).

Gracias por tus comentarios Gilles. Escogemos todos nuestros jamones y paletas con cariño. A veces puede ocurrir que alguna pieza tenga un poco más de grasa de lo habitual. Comentarte que la paleta ibérica puede tener alrededor de un 60% de grasa y hueso, eso es mucha cantidad de grasa. Esta es una de las razones porque es tan sabrosa. Si te parece que excede estos rangos contacta con nosotros por mail y veremos que podemos hacer. Sin duda las paletas de Cebo siempre pueden tener más grasa que als de Bellota pero sobretodo que el producto de Bellota es de más calidad. Gracias y saludos.

The ordering process was flawless and the products AMAZING!

However, the delivery company (TNT) didn't do a good job. I was at the delivery address (i.e. Germany) at the time the package was expected. TNT claimed I wasn't home, when I was. No delivery note was left in my post box and my bell wasn't rung. It took me 4 phone calls to organise another drop off, and to pester them on the day they said they would deliver (i.e. they didn't deliver within the promised time, so I had to phone them twice more to make sure it was going to be delivered). Finally the package was delivered, but once again no bell was rung and I discovered the box in the entrance hallway to my block of flats. Very unsatisfactory service from TNT Germany.

Hello Roy, thanks for your review. We are really glad you have enjoyed our products. About the delivery we are sorry it didn't full fill the service as they should. We are going to open a complain about it. Our experiece tells us the following. We work with TNT and DHL for many years and we are really satisfy with the service. However there a 1 every 1000 shippings that have a problem and usually is because a person didn't do his ore her job well at the end of the chain. Most of the time tha shippings are more than good, almost perfect. Again our apologizes, we will see if we can make this never happend again in your area. Kind regards
