Transport a pris un peu plus lontemps que prevus et leur attention au client et ZERO. Ils preferent que je jetes leurs produit qui ne marche pas à la poubelle que je puisse faire un retour!!!!!!!!

Covered my sofa quite well but the foam for the cover to stay in place keeps popping out and is not what it looks like on their website. But over all did the job of covering my ugly sofa. Unfortunately the chairs covers which i also bought at the same time did not work and are not accepting my return. They have lost a customer for their terrible and unfriendly customer service. Don't thing they know how to keep their customers happy so they return and purchase more products from them especially if they were happy with one of them.

Bought one pack with two covers to try before purchasing for my other 6 chairs but they did not fit correctly on my chairs. Unfortunately I went on a trip abroad before I was able to make the return in time of their return policy date. I asked if I could still return them as they were just opened to try on but they are so unfriendly and they don't like to make their customers happy. I am now stuck with brand new covers that don't work for my chairs. Shame as they have lost a valuable customer but I guess they don't care. Will have to put their product in the bin!!!!

La housse est de bonne qualité mais il manque un système pour l accrocher sur l assise, comme elle est élastique, elle ne reste pas en place.

Compré solo una funda para probar y he quedado muy satisfecha con la compra. La funda se ajusta perfectamente al sofá. Es fácil de colocar y no pesa. Cumple mis expectativas. El envío muy rápido.
