Hélas, j'ai reçu ma housse plutôt tardivement, et elle n'était pas conforme à ma commande ! Le coloris était jaune alors que j'avais commandé du beige, et la forme n'allait pas du tout malgré l'attention que j'avais porté à ma commande ! Pas de formulaire de renvoi, je l'ai donc gardé et je suis obligée de la faire reprendre par une couturière. Bref, je suis très déçue.

Chère Isabelle, Vérifiez votre commande car vous avez demandé du jaune et c'est ce que nous vous avons envoyé. Si vous nous aviez contacté à l'époque, nous aurions clarifié cela et vous aurions envoyé les instructions de retour. È il quarto copri divano che prendo ,li acquisto solo su questo sito perché sono prodotti belli e rimangono tali anche dopo tanti lavaggi ,è bello si adatta bene al divano perché e molto elastico il colore è un po’ più scuro da come sembrava in foto però si intona comunque al mio arredamento ,veloci anche nella consegna ,rapporto qualità prezzo buono, sito e prodotti super consigliati
