Thank you for your prompt response and for resolving the issue with my payment. I appreciate the confirmation and the tracking information you provided.
However, I have not yet received my parcel, and there have been no updates from the courier since October 4, 2024. Today is October 16, and I would appreciate your assistance in tracking my order.
