La atención al cliente es excelente, pero la tapa aunque encaja no es cómoda, pues su espacio interior está bastante reducido con respecto a la tapa original. También los plazos de fabricación son extremadamente largos.

El espacio interior es extremadamente pequeño, por lo que no es muy cómodo. Encaja pero no es como la tapa original.

Technical design - Practicality - needs improvement as follows -

Seat mounts not easy to set when tightening as the screw tends to shift the bracket towards the centre point.

Seat tabs (plastic) not proper as these are for furniture feet and not for toilet seats.. Since the Clodia toilet model is rounded edge with step, the tabs do not sit properly on the toilet and allows a lot of lateral movement / displacement. Tabs tend to fall on the lowest level shifting the seat on one side.

Tabs should not only keep the seat lifted and levelled but also prevent movement of the seat.

Tabs are also considerably thick leaving the toilet seat elevated more from the front and not levelled.
Would like that a proper set of tabs will be provided for the Clodia set to resolve these issues.

Considering the price, I would have expected better in these regards.

Es el unico sitio donde he encontrafo este tipo de tapones. Y aun asi este es mas pequeño que el mio pero vale.

The product is of very high quality. It was well packed with clear instructions,, and the colour matched closely the original toilet seat. The fit was also perfect.

However, Yolanda took more than 2 months to ship my order, and I had to continuously chase for it. At one point I thought I had been scammed and that I would never get my order. Hence the 3 stars.

Unfortunately, the toilet seat did not fit the toilet (was too large) as described when ordered. Very expensive waste of time and money.

Llamé por teléfono antes de hacer el pedido porque tenía dudas. Me atendieron muy bien y me explicaron lo que iban a tardar y como trabajaban. Muy contenta con la atención y con el producto.
