Buenos días,
Sigo sin entender porque por un fallo en la web no puedo comprar un lote de Izadi, pero suelto si se podía, lo comento a " Atención al cliente" según hago el pedido el fin de semana , el lunes a primera hora me contesta que va a pedir a sus compañeros que hagan el cambio, el envío sale por la tarde pero al final no se hace el cambio y me llega un Izadi crianza en vez de un reserva, no es por el dinero de la diferencia pero es un detalle muy "FEO" .

Hola Under, le pido disculpas por no avisarle que no dió tiempo a realizar el cambio y se envió lo que estaba en el pedido. No pasé bien el aviso a mis compañeros y cuando me dí cuenta ya estaba el pedido enviado. Tendía que haber cancelado el pedido y hacer uno nuevo. Fallo mio, lo siento. Intentaremos compensarlo si hay un próximo pedido.

Thank you for your message and for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We would like to clarify that your order was prepared and dispatched on the same day it was placed, fully in line with our processing times. The delivery date of 30/12 was communicated by the courier company, Correos Express, and unfortunately the final delivery timing is outside our direct control.
Please note that the phone number provided with the order is not a Spanish number, and we normally recommend using a local number to allow the courier to contact the recipient if needed. This may have made it difficult for the driver to reach you to confirm the delivery.
We completely understand how frustrating delivery delays can be and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. However, as the shipment was sent promptly, the delay is not due to an error on our side.
We kindly ask you to reconsider or update your rating, as it does not accurately reflect the service provided by our store. Of course, we remain at your disposal to assist you further and will continue to follow up with the courier until the delivery is completed.
