Shoulder Joselito, old (wrapped Feb. 23) and dry. The weight is 5,665kg while I paid for 5,75kg… There is better on the market for such a price (300€). I prefer other brand (Jabugo) buying directly from the producer.

Hello Andrea, thanks for your review. I regret you are not satisfy with the shoulder. A Joselito shoulder should be a great product, of course! Please send us a mail with all the details of the issue and we will find a solution. It shouldn't be a piece wrapped almost a year ago, could you plese send us a picture of the label. On the other side Joselito use to have more fat than other products, so it shouldn't be very dry. We have also other products from our brand. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards.

La comunicación con Jamonarium es muy fluida, Sara nos ayudó en la compra para seleccionar los productos para un regalo importante de la empresa. El destinatario ha quedado muy satisfecho y todo transcurrió con mucha rapidez y eficiacia. Agradecemos que una tienda online sea tan humana y responda a las personas que compramos en ella. Sin duda recomiendo a Jaonarium, pero sobretodo sus personas que trabajan para hacer sentir que hay alguien al otro lado. Felicitaciones!

Soy intolerante a la lactosa ¿Tenéis a la venta algún jamón o alguna paleta que no tenga nitritos?

Hola Elena, todos nuestros jamones y paletas enteros no contienen lactosa. En cuanto a los nitritos el jamón y la paleta Joselito estan libres de ellos. Saludos.
