Excellent delivery. Unfortunately, they sent a completely different toy bear.
Delivered on time, on a weekday, the day after I placed my order.

The customer service was very good I was kept in touch all the time.
The flowers were for a friend in El Poblets who wasn’t well and she said the flowers were wonderful and they cheered her up so much.

Hola. Sentimos mucho que te llevaras esa impresión al recibir el pedido, y más tratándose de un detalle para tu madre.

Revisando el trabajo realizado y la foto que adjuntamos a esta respuesta, estamos casi seguros de que esa sensación de 'marchita' se debe a una confusión visual muy común con la flor fresca recién cortada, concretamente con los Liliums.

Como puedes ver en la imagen, los Liliums se envían en botón (totalmente cerrados y verdes). Esto a veces puede dar la impresión inicial de que el arreglo es 'pobre' o que son solo tallos, pero lo hacemos así a propósito para garantizar la máxima duración.

Si los enviáramos abiertos, llegarían espectaculares pero durarían muy pocos días.

Al ir cerrados, garantizamos que el proceso de floración ocurra en casa de tu madre.

Te pedimos un poco de paciencia: en cuanto lleven un par de días a temperatura ambiente, esos botones verdes se abrirán, duplicarán su tamaño y llenarán el arreglo de color. Esa es la garantía de que la flor es fresca del día.

Yo hago mi edito en línea desde México para el cumpleaños de mi suegra, esta vez no había muchas opciones ya que las ordené de último minuto, pero fueron entregadas y llegaron muy bonitas, sólo faltó una base ya que fue un ramo grande y otras veces ha estado mejor empaquetado, muy buen servicio, muchas gracias!! Los recomiendo sin duda.

I send flowers every year to my sister in law in Spain on the memory of my brother’s passing. I’ve used your services twice before and it was good. This time the plant arrived broken and when my sister in law contacted you, the response was that she needs to wait. I would expected an immediate replacement and an apology. Very poor customer service!

We are truly sorry about the condition in which the plant arrived. Tomorrow, a new plant basket will be delivered to replace the one that was damaged, as the issue was caused by incorrect handling during transport by the courier company.
